If you choose to access this Site from other locations, you do so on your own initiative, and you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws, as set forth above. By visiting this Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States of America, without regard to principles of conflicts of law, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that may arise between you and WLIP or its officers, managers, directors, employees, members or agents. If you take any legal action relating to these Terms of Use, you agree to file such action only in the Federal or State courts located in New Haven County, Connecticut, and you irrevocably consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
