• Location in regions with identifiable, attractive supply/demand characteristics for environmental credits
• Strong underlying potential for uplift from rehabilitation and stewardship
• Ability to provide steady income to balance and support credit generation and opportunistic investments

All investments are sourced and assessed using an in-house, proprietary research process that allows us to focus our investment universe and to conduct comprehensive due diligence in a timely manner. Final property management plans are designed to maximize financial returns while ensuring long term ecological sustainability.
